SEASON 2020 – Daily price for maximum 2 guests is:

  • 145 € – from March 15th to March 31st
  • 170 € – from April 1st to April 30th
  • 190 € – from May 1st to May 31st
  • 190 € – from June 1st to July 31st
  • 180 € – from August 1st to September 30th
  • 170 € – from October 1st to October 15th
  • 140 € – from October 15th to October 31st
  • 130 € – from November 1st to December 30th

Minimum Stay: 3 nights

Final cleanings fee is: 50 €

Tourist Tax is price included.

House Rules:

Check-in time must be made between: 3.30 PM – 5.30 PM

Check-out must be made between: 8 AM – 10 AM

It is required a respectful behavior in order to respect neighborhood tranquillity.

Important: getting at apartment entrance require use of stairs.

Security Deposit: if you damage the home, you may be charged up to €100

Cancellation Policy:

Till 7 days before your check-in date: You may cancel with full refund

Within 7 days from check-in date: you’ll get 50% refund plus final cleanings refund.
