SEASON 2025-2026 – Daily price for maximum 2 guests is:

Minimum Stay: 2 nights

Final cleanings fee is: 50 €

Tourist Tax is price: 3 € each guest for each night (maximum due nights: 7)

Check-in time must be made between: 2.00 PM – 7.30 PM

Check-out must be made between: 8 AM – 10 AM

It is required a respectful behavior in order to respect neighborhood tranquillity.

Important: getting at apartment entrance require use of stairs.

Security Deposit: if you damage the home, you may be charged up to € 300

Till 7 days before your check-in date: You may cancel with full refund

Within 7 days from check-in date: you’ll get 50% refund plus final cleanings refund.
